Sandarov Ltd recently completed a full property renovation and loft conversion at a beautiful riverside home in Fulham, South West London. The homeowners wanted a clean, contemporary upgrade that made better use of space while celebrating the home’s existing architectural charm.

Contemporary Open-Plan Living and Kitchen Redesign
To maximise space and create a seamless flow throughout the ground floor, we completely renovated the interior layout, introducing a modern open-plan arrangement. One of the highlights of the living area was the installation of an indented ceiling design with integrated lighting, which visually lifted the room and added an elegant architectural touch.
We then redesigned the kitchen into a spacious, light-filled open-plan space, complete with wooden flooring, adjustable ceiling lights above the dining area, and skylights to bring in more natural light during the day. These changes made the kitchen both functional and visually striking — ideal for a modern family home.
Loft Conversion and Bedroom Enhancements
The project also included a high-quality loft conversion, adding valuable living space to the property without compromising the existing design. This new area blended seamlessly into the home, both visually and structurally, increasing its long-term value and versatility.
In the bedrooms, we continued with the contemporary design language — installing wooden flooring and using light, neutral colour schemes to promote a clean, fresh look throughout. Each bedroom featured large windows with a riverside view, which became the focal point of our design. We ensured that every detail, from lighting to layout, drew attention to these beautiful original features.
